available conditions not activating properly

    when editing or creating a new popup, the options for available conditions are present. when you click on them, they populate the “Show this PopUp if the following conditions are met” box, however, the slider does not move to green for that condition. once you save, the condition goes away and it saves as ‘always show’.

    How are you doing today?

    From your description this looks like a conflict. Can you please try testing for conflicts by using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

    I didn’t even need to go that in-depth. I just deactivated the last plugin I installed, which was installed since the last pop-up I created. It worked after that. The conflicting plugin was: MaxButtons

    Hey sjacksonY,

    Thanks for the additional information, I’ve tested MaxButtons button on my sandbox site with PopUp and there is a JS error when trying to activate conditions in the admin so the plugins are definitely conflicting.

    I’ll report this to our developer so he can investigate this further and possibly try to fix this in case this is related with WordPress PopUp rather then MaxButtons.

    I’ve marked the issue as resolved, as I was able to work around the conflict; and in hopes that a future update will permanently fix the issue.
