    Hi ,

I have created a pre order product, while giving the available date, I want to know in which time zone does it gets set? Also, If the product is once available, will an email gets triggered to the customers who has already paid the pre order amount. Will that email will navigate to the checkout page for pending payment?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi There ,

    Thanks for the reply!
The plugin which you suggested seems to “Product Pre Order for WooCommerce“, I just gone through this and I found that Order Confirmation Mail is triggering rather than Pre Order Pending Payment email is not triggering, is this because of the free version?
Whether this particular feature, where the pre order initial amount is paid but I’m not mentioning any available date, then I’m turning off the pre order option itself, then whether the customer gets notified to pay the pending amount to get the product?
Could you please tell if this feature is available in any pro versions along with enabling unique labels to the pre order button for each product.

I’m sorry for the late reply, and, I was confused. The reply above was supposed for another ticket. My apologize for this careless mistake.

The available date for the pre-order product follows the timezone set in your WordPress settings. You can check or adjust it under Settings > General > Timezone in your WordPress dashboard.

Regarding the email notification for customers who have already paid the pre-order amount—currently, our plugin does not send an automatic email prompting them to complete the pending payment. However, we appreciate the suggestion and will consider adding this feature in the future.

Let us know if you need further clarification!
