Avast removing date-time.php

    I’m having trouble with Elementor and Avast. When I update elementor, Avast keeps removing the date-time.php file as it thinks there is a virus in it. Running on a mac localhost

    Big Sur 11.7.5
    Avast 15.6.0
    WordPress 6.2

    Avast error is malware: Other:Malware-gen [Trj]

    This happens with Elementor 3.12.1, 3.12.0, 3.11.5 etc..

    This results in a fatal error due to the missing file. Any ideas what Avast is complaining about?

    After rebooting my mac the problem went away. I’m leaving this thread here just in case anyone else experiences the same.

    Same problem here. Reboot doesn’t help. The offending file is automatically quarantined.
