Avatar data shortcode shows URL instead of image

    This shortcode shows the image’s URL instead of showing the actual image. It is marked as a “confirmed bug” on GitHub, but perhaps there’s another shortcode I can use to display avatars?

    That is expected behavior. If you want to return as an image, you have to wrap it in <img> element.
