Avatar duplication

I have seen in my webpage that when a user uploads a picture to his profile, the following user to sign inherits that same picture if it does not upload one when registering. We have seen happening twice a user signs in with a picture, the second user signs in and inherits that picture as well if no picture is uploaded.
