Avatar not aligned, words repeat, cannot remove image

  • I have 3 issues after installing the WP User Avatar plugin.

    1) The avatar information displayed in the “Edit My Profile” page is not in alignment with the rest of the profile information. It is hard left against the page boarder.
    2) The line that says “Display this avatar” is repeated, so it looks like “Display this avatarDisplay this avatar”
    3) I cannot remove the custom image

    Any assistance to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated.
