Avatar not changing

Hi Gabfire, great widget pack, I like your sidebar about section more than any other free service (thanks!) but for some reason, I cannot change my Avatar. My wordpress profile avatar is set to something else but for some reason i am never seeing an option to replace the little purple alien. Thanks for you help in advance!
