Avatar of SOME accounts shows up in article but not in comments

  • Hello, as told in the title, for SOME accounts avatar shows up in the profile control panel but not in comments.

    For 2 subscribers of the same status and settings, avatar of one is shown in comments, avatar of other one isn’t shown.

    I tried to delete the avatar of a “not showing” account, put it back, no change, still not showing.

    Any suggestion?

    @stanxxx can you confirm if all avatars in question are custom ones uploaded via Simple Local Avatars or perhaps a Gravatar or some other avatar default for these users?

    Avatar is uploaded by the user, from his own control panel in the profile section, “avatar” sub-section.

    I can confirm this possible bug on?2.7.10. on a client site. Local avatar is set to be prioritized, but gravatar is being prioritized over local uploaded avatar(s).

    I tried selecting the avatar from media library twice, but it didn’t fix the problem.
