AVATAR or picture next BLOG post (not comments)

I tried finding a way to have a picture of the BLOGGER next to the title of the blog. I am not talking about the ecomments. Gravatars work for the coomments already, but I want it to be next to the BLOG also.

IS there a plug in or a way to add avatars next to the title in code?? If it’s code, what do I need to put and where?? Thanks…
