Avatar suggestions not showing on front end. Only Text

  • wordpress Version WordPress 4.1.1 running EducationTime theme.
    Buddypress Version 2.2.1

    I have installed and set up the plugin. Also checked “Enable suggestions for users” Option. Yet the front end only shows Choose from List of avatar’s “Text” only but NO images.

    I have 18 images under “all” but none of them showing up.

    I have created new login accounts and also checked. Even new user with default avatar cannot see them.
