Avatar upload/delete not working

Hi,

Members cannot upload new avatars or delete old ones. And with Theme My Login I see a difference between the Admin Profile page and the front-end Profile page created by Theme My Login. On Front end, under Upload Avatar, there are a “browse for file” and “delete local avatar buttons”. In Admin Profile there is also “Choose from Media Library”. The Front-end version doesn’t actually delete the local avatar and does nothing after choosing a file from the computer and saving profile to change the image.

Any advice for how to resolve this issue? Am I missing something in user roles? It doesn’t work even for Admins on the front-end.
