• Hi,

I’m using One User Avatar in conjunction with WP Adverts, which was originally designed to integrate with WP User Avatar and Basic User Avatars plugins. When a user creates an account from the from the front end, using the client portal, they then have the option of uploading an avatar from the self service dashboard.
However, when using One User avatar, they can get as far as selecting an image from their computer and when they click upload it says profile updated, but the image has not uploaded. When I login to the client portal using an admin account, it does work as intended. I have checked Allow Contributors & Subscribers to upload avatars and Always use the browser file uploader to upload avatars int he settings, but still get the same result. I have also disabled my caching plugin.
    Please can you help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi. The WP Adverts plugin does not have a front-end register form. May I ask what plugin you are using for that form? Thanks

    Hi Daniel.
When I purchased WP Adverts it came with a suite of paid add-on plugins. I belive the
WP Adverts – Authors plugin is the one that produces the front-end registration and login forms. Their is documentation on it here that I have been through: https://wpadverts.com/docs/authors/ I hope this helps.

    Here’s what I know:

The plugin works with just One User Avatar, WP Adverts, WP Adverts – Authors and WPAdverts Snippets – Change Author Avatar plugins activated.

I suggest you disable all plugins except those and see if the issue still persists. If it doesn’t, start re-enabling plugins one-by-one until you find the culprit.

If the issue persists even with just the above mentioned plugins active, check to see if you have 2 nonce fields in your form (view source and searching for nonce should do this) and if you have a second one find out which plugin is adding it.
