Avatar wordpress live chat

  • So i did as instructed in one of you forums by using a gravatar for my agent but when i test the chat it only shows initials. is there any way to change that image

    For the Hosted mode, avatars are resolved automatically by polling gravatar. If a gravatar image is not available for that user, his initials are shown as the avatar. There is unfortunately no way to manually assign an avatar. We’ll consider adding this in a future release.

    For the 3CX Integration mode, this feature is coming soon.

    Yes the Gravatar shows on the agent in the back end but dosent show in the front end when Testing it so not sure why it’s not changing
