Avatax not calculating properly in admin

    Avatax in the admin is not including one of the special tax classes and matching up with the avatax correct tax rates on their site. Our old Magento 2 site is working correct and the Woo Commerce front of site is working correctly but the admin is not.

    So for example South Carolina is 9% tax … That 9% tax is made up of 4 charges…

    6% state
    1% county or city
    1% Special tax
    1% Special tax

    Avatax does all this calculation for you but in the admin it is leaving off one of the 1% special taxes. On the front customer side of the site it is working as intended.

    I have test this on 3 different sites of ours on woo and all of them are defective. This is an issue with the Avatax add-on.

    Please help get this fixed immediately!
