Avatax – tax calculation is not displayed in checkout

I’m using AvaTax at woocommerce. I have set up a sandbox account of avalara to test https://joxi.ru/BA0R7yyhMD0oMm?d=1.There is a problem – tax calculation is not displayed in checkout.
1 The calculation is not displayed in the checkout https://shorturl.at/suDL4, but if i place an order, then on the “thank you page” we will see the tax calculation https://joxi.ru/krDx3PPfKj1WKr?d=1 and the calculation will also be displayed in the avatax service https://joxi.ru/a2XO611hwYxMom?d=1. Those. the problem is that it is not displayed in the checkout.
