    Hey there,
Latest version of the plug-in. Very food results with all the key indicators, except Average Time on Site / Avg. Session Duration.

This was 4 minutes 30 seconds before. Now on the dashboard is show 1 minutes and 30 seconds and on the Google Analytics dashboard is reported as 12 seconds.

There is no way average could be in seconds and this is only a reporting bug.

    Please advise / help. Thanks

  • Hi,

Unless you’ve made some changes on plugin’s settings (like disabling events), it’s probably reflecting the current status.

Usually users tend to blame it on the tracking system instead looking deeper on the source of the problem. For example, if a page loads very slow (a server issue) will result in a bad user experience, and of course you’ll notice drastic changes on your KPIs.

The difference between dashboard stats is probably because you’re looking at different reports. I will also check that out to make sure is not a bug.

Before this I was using copy+paste code from Analytics in the template. That is how average time was 4 minutes 30.
Thr drop came the next day after installing the plugin, I believe there is the issue.

    Thanks

Well that’s different, I see some customization of the standard code. You’ve enabled some features (display features and enhanced link attribution), and changed the cookieExpires from two years (the default) to 120 seconds.

If you think something should be disabled or changed, please let me know.
