Also could you please give us your website plugin list? I think there is a conflict here, maybe you can try to disable all plugins except BackWpUp and then run the job again.

Please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ), rerun the job, and send us debug log.
You can get backup log at : BackWpUp -> Logs

Also send us your debug information too ( BackWPUp-> Settings -> Infomation tab -> press Get Debug Info )
