Avia layout builder – seo not working?

Hi!
Im using enfold theme for my website and using the Avia Layout builder. When I use the Seo plugin and fill out the keywords, description and title it keeps saying that i’m not using any of the information on my page. Is this because i’m using the layout builder and the seo plugin can not read it?
