AVIF checkbox disabled, even after changing to imagick

    Hello,

    I think I have a bug with the AVIF checkbox (in Output Formats setting), it’s always disabled.

    • First I had a warning telling me that my GD extension was not AVIF friendly.
    • I changed to Imagick, and checked on my hosting provider website that imagick supported AVIF :

    ImageMagick supported formats […], AVIF, […]

    • The checkbox is still disabled, I can’t enable AVIF output format (but the red exclamation point disappeared)

    Is this a bug or something I’m missing ?
