    The plugin seems completely abandoned. I bought the premium version but couldn’t make it work.

    I submitted a ticket exactly 20 days ago, they replied back asking for BOF credentials, which I gave them, but I still didnt get a reply to it nor to my follow-up emails.

    Their tutorials are outdated and their youtube videos are full of unanswered comments asking doubts.

    Filters and rules to set categories based on conditions don’t work, they retain the default category. And it doesn’t seem to be compatible with Merchant Center at all when you want to add shipping costs via the feed.

    Some comments say the plugin is a scam, i dont know if that is the case, but it is definetly not serious at all.

    Thanks for writing in, we’re definitely not abandoned. Not sure where you saw those comments but they’re not true. In fact, we just changed over ownership.

    Let me chase up your ticket for you and we’ll figure out what’s going on here. It seems it might have slipped through the cracks.
