• The software its self is OK. Just OK. However I have had a big problem for several weeks where uploaded documents from support customers are coming through the Awesome Support system corrupted. This has made the software completely unuseable for me.
    On reporting this to ‘Awesome’support and raising a ticket I have received ZERO response in nearly a month. Not even an acknowledgement of my request for help. Nothing. I have followed up with further info and more requests for help and still have had ZERO response.
    For a plugin carrying such high premiums for their optional extras (of which I wasted money on several) this is completely unacceptable. I would avoid using this plugin and use one of the many much better supported alternatives.

  • Unfortunately that is very true, I have the exact experience and no activity on my tickets for 2 months or so. Hey guys we paid for that support!!

    They are involved in other projects from what I can tell since no activity or updates to the main plugin or add-ons. If I knew that I probably thought twice before purchasing

    Now 2 months in to a support ticket for an issue open with Awesome support and still not a single response from them.

    If you do use this average software, please make sure you realise you’re on your own should you need any issues investigating.
