Avoid dead time slots (min. booking time)

    Dear support,

    I am not sure if it is possible to complete this customer requirement with the current available settings.

    Requirement:
    If the time of the shortest service is 25 minutes, it should be possible to book either directly after an already booked service or 25 minutes after the booked service so that there is a free time of 25 minutes in which another customer could book.

    Example:
    Customer books an appointment from 13:15 – 14:00.
    Now it should not be possible to book at 14:15 because it leaves a 15 min time slot in which no service fits in and is therefore wasted.
    So either the customer should be able to book at 14 o clock or at 14:25, to leave the possibility to fit in another service.

    Hello,

    I advise for the described scenario either to set the time slot length to 5 minutes, so it covers multiple situations for potential booked time slots or if you are fine with 25 minute time slots, you could enable the “Set slot length as service duration” setting (and all slots will be distributed in 25 minute slots).
