avoid fisrt child of class

    I’m lead developer @a3rev

    Thanks for your suggestion, but have some difficult that we can’t make that so that the first image when html page is rendering always is logo or some image at header. Also for each theme, the selector of content page are different and plugin don’t know what image is inside the content page to get first image.

    But i think when page is first load, the first image show on viewport so it always load the first image without wait for scroll
