    Hi,

don′t know if this happened after the last update. I only activated the table of contents for posts in the settings (support posts and automatic insertion in posts).

Yet the sticky table of contents is shown for the author based archive page here: “…/aktuelles/news-blog/author/exampleauthorname/”.

This also happens for the tag based archive pages also: “…/aktuelles/news-blog/schlagwort/beispielschlagwort-1/”.

It doesn′t happen for category based archive page though: “…/aktuelles/news-blog/kategorie/neuigkeiten/”. Here it′s fine and hidden.

    Any idea why?

    Thanks for your support!

Hi, thank you for reaching out. Could you please clear all kinds of cache, including server-side, and then try again? Once you’ve done this, please let us know if you still encounter the same issue.

    Hi,

    thanks for your reply.

Sadly flushing the cache server wise and in the browser didn′t fix it. It′s weird that in some archive pages it is appearing but not in category archive… I could hide it via CSS but I just want to let you know that in my case it′s showing up although not activated in the settings.

If you have any further idea it would be great. Also I can give u temporary subscriber login because site is in development.

    Thanks and regards.

    Hi,

the problem seems to go deeper. I found the sticky bar now on a lot of pages like homepage, checkoutpage of woocommerce, etc. I′m using OceanWP theme. The link to GitHub shows nothing.

    Can u confirm this bug?

    Regards.

    Hi,

I tested it and it works now. Seems only to be one small “bug”. I activated the sticky toc only on “posts”. But it still appears also on blog archive page. I tested all other sites and there it seems fine (not showing up).

At the moment I just “display: none” for it on blog archive page so that it only shows up on single pages. For me it′s fine. Just wanted to let you now that there still could be a mistake or, it is working as you expected when activating it for “posts” but I don′t know that.

    Thanks for your work!

…sorry and showing up in blog archive pages like “author” based and “date” based… etc. But here I will hide it also with CSS.
