    Hi, the avoid negative feedback form is actually not working, name, email and submit button are all disabled? Can you have a look please?

    When you send out the campaign, it’ll work, the customers can add these info.

    Hi, the thing is the link that customer received is this same link with the test form, we have been using this for a while and getting positive reviews which is great, but for customer who wants to leave negative review they couldn’t, and I actually have a customer come back to me and says they can’t leave a negative feedback and they forwarded me the email, hence why I find out the form doesn’t work, can you double check please? I can forward you the email.

    I have the exact same problem and indeed, it is a “general” URL that customers get (in our case: https://inezbakery.be/?trustindex-collector-support-feedback&rating=3) so test or not .. it doesn’t work.
