Avoid posts that don’t pass ReCaptcha from being logged

In Flamingo, I have noticed thousands of messages in the spam section of Inbound Messages. No doubt they are spammy, but I wondered how I was getting so many when ReCaptcha is turned on for all my forms.
So I tested a few forms and discovered that Flamingo saves a message even if Recaptcha is not checked! I definitely DO NOT want this to happen, so how can I prevent it, while still allowing forms that pass recaptcha to be logged?
