Avoid search box on start page

  • I have https://science-network.tv. The search box for Better Search appears on top of every page and that is fine. However, I don’t want it to appear at the top of the start page. Is there a way to ensure the search box does not appear on the start page? I am otherwise very happy with this plugin ??

    Better Search doesn’t add its search box automatically. You do have a widget you could use optionally, but it will function with the normal search box of your theme.

    The search box I see there looks like the search box that is coded into your theme so you’ll need to edit that one out.
