    This is the response you get after being a paid customers for years and then getting a blindside renewal charge and reaching out that day about not using the products anymore. It would be wise to avoid YITH plugins.

    Thank you for your review!

    Before rejecting your refund request, we verified the renewal reminder email (correctly sent like every year, 30 days before the payment date) and the use of the plugin (which is still active on the site and recently updated).

    Considering that in addition to the email, the information concerning the subscription is also available in the terms and conditions on our site and accepted at the time of purchase, and that the plugin is still in use, we are not in a position to make exceptions to our refund policy, also out of respect for other customers who have been denied for the same reasons.
