    Hello,
    I took out a free subscription a few days ago and I’m still waiting for approval.
    Could you please help me?

  • Same here, I’m stuck into Pending Approval status, even if I received the email which say that mailpoet is now able to send emails.

    I can’t send email out. very frustrating

    Hi @dever83,

    Our team replied to you regarding your subscription’s status on August 4th. By the time they were reviewing your account, your website was not live yet – and I can see it isn’t still. However, I noticed the links to your social media and can see everything is legit, so I’ve approved your subscription now.

    Let me know if you run into any sending issues after it has been approved!

    Thanks, everything’s working fine, but I’m still getting this message on my admin page on your site.

    We are currently reviewing your account, and you should expect to get an email from MailPoet about it within 48 hours. Once your subscription is approved, you’ll be able to send your emails with the MailPoet Sending Service to your subscribers.?Read more about it.
