Awaiting Approval status

Unfortunately, in the current version there is no such option. If time slot is booked, even with the Awaiting approval status it can not be booked by someone else, except cases mentioned below.

Possible solutions:

1. In the service settings set Maximum booking count per time slot more then one. On the Webba Settings page set the option Multiple seat selection mode on the User interface tab equals Allow select only one place. These settings will allow multiple customers book the same time slot but only one place.
2. On the Booking rules tab of the Webba settings page set the option Delete pending bookings more then 0. For example, if you set 60 – not approved bookings will be cancelled automatically in one hour after booking was made.

You can use both of these solutions at the same time.

Sorry, but we don’t plan such a feature in the near feature because it require major changes of the plugin’s core.
