Awaiting Paypal Payment issue

  • Hi there,

    I am using this plug-in on my website. I have an issue with transaction that came through. The person had booked the event and went through the entire process including sending the payment. I received their payment through paypal, however, in the back-end in the booking section, their status still says “Awaiting Paypal Payment” even though their payment and everything has been received and went through. Not sure what’s going on here or how we can fix this issue from happening in the future.

    Please advise. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks.
