Awaiting status – order getting stuck

Hello!
We are using Woocommerce, Svea and Visma.
We have two orders from 9th of may with the woocommerce status “awaiting status”.
If I click in on any of the two orders and look at the “Svea window” to the right. It says:
Awaiting status
The order is awaiting its final status from Svea and will be updated automatically. You do not need to do anything with this order, but if you want to check the status immediately, you can do so by clicking the button below.1) Why does this order get stuck like this?
2) How do I fix this? When this happened before I clicked on a “check status now”-button, and for whatever reason that made the order go through. When I try to do this today it doesn’t work.I have contacted Svea directly as well as Sharespine who are responsible for the integration between Visma and Woocommerce. Both of them are telling me this must be a problem with the platform woocommerce.
PS: We updated all of our plugins yesterday (Woocommerce 8.5.2 and Svea checkout for Woocommece 2.7.2)
