Awake Theme Login Not Working

  • Hi. I don’t know if anyone can help me or even if im on the correct forum, but I have a problem with my Awake Theme login. I regularly update 4 other websites using WordPress and the others work fine, so I know the problem isn’t WordPress and have come to the conclusion that it might be the Theme.

    The problem I have is that when I log in, at the left hand side all the tabs display correctly but nothing appears when they are clicked.

    Dashboard, Home & Updates – NOTHING
    Posts – NOTHING
    Media – NOTHING
    Links – NOTHING
    Pages – NOTHING
    Comments – NOTHING
    Feedback – WORKING / DISPLAYS
    Portfolios – WORKING / DISPLAYS
    Testimonials – WORKING / DISPLAYS
    Appearance – NOTHING
    Plugins – NOTHING
    Users – NOTHING
    Tools – NOTHING
    Settings – NOTHING
    Awake Panel – WORKING / DISPLAYS

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
