% award goal

Hello! We are having some issues with some awards not being triggered and awarded even when criteria is being met. Awards for specific amount of weight (like 5 kilos less, 10 kilos less) are working fine, but percentages of target weight are not. We set 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% goal completed but none of those are working even when the user has correctly set a target weight and is seeing progress on the chart. Any idea why? or how to test this?
