Away mode function not working

I have away mode configured on my site to disable the admin dashboard form 12:00am and to re-able it at 6:00pm daily. however, I have tested this and it doesn’t seem t work. I have made sure my time zone is correct as follows 19/04/2020 at 11:46 pm.

please help
