Next time simply delete the itsec_away.confg file in the better-wp-security/wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security folder …

I accidentally set a wrong day and the time and was freaking out when could not see my admin login. After an hour of unsuccessful digging through their tech support files, I was fortunate to find your post. My hosting shows a slightly different (renamed) path. May be someone will find it helpful:

public_html/your-website-domain/wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security

Oops, there is an error in the path I mentioned in my previous post.
It should be:

wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security
