    I have tried to get this plugin to work for over 2 hours. I have gone through the tutorials on Brandon Kraft’s page and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin twice. The Aweber forms work fine on the site, but the Genesis extended plugin returns this message:
    _________
    “Not Acceptable!

    An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”
    _____________

    Here is what I put in my hidden fields area:

    <input type=”hidden” name=”meta_web_form_id” value=”1877446035″ />
    <input type=”hidden” name=”meta_split_id” value=”” />
    <input type=”hidden” name=”listname” value=”naturalnews14″ />
    <input type=”hidden” name=”redirect” value=”https://www.aweber.com/thankyou-coi.htm?m=text&#8221; id=”redirect_ef25e472e45ce44a79f70ecd15196361″ />

    <input type=”hidden” name=”meta_adtracking” value=”My_Web_Form” />
    <input type=”hidden” name=”meta_message” value=”1″ />
    <input type=”hidden” name=”meta_required” value=”email” />

    <input type=”hidden” name=”meta_tooltip” value=”” />

    And this is what I have in the forms action area: https://www.aweber.com/scripts/addlead.pl

    My site is currently not live, but is located at: https://www.healthynaturalfit.com

    The error page keeps coming up each time I test it. I just don’t know what else to do with it and ANY help you can give would be most appreciated.

    What is the URL of the page that is throwing that error, e.g. the URL when you see that error on your page.

    If possible to see a form that is producing the error, may be able to check further.

    Hi Brandon,

    The URL is at https://www.healthynaturalfit.com but not yet published. I unmasked it so that you could take a look at it.

    I’ve been looking at trying to figure it out some more, and now when you type in your email address, it returns a message that says “required fields are missing.”

    Look at the second subscribe plugin on the sidebar. The first one on top is from the Aweber site, and working fine. I prefer to use the Genesis extended plugin. Thanks!

    Hi,

    You’ll need to change the e-mail form field name in the widget settings from “Email” to “email”.

    Cheers!

    Oh, goodness. Something SO simple. I feel like an idiot!!!!!

    I made that correction, and it works fine! Thank you for your help…and patience.

    Good day, Brandon!

    No problem, don’t worry about it. Frankly, I should come up with a better tool to set those options. Too easy for mistakes to happen!

    Cheers!
