Aweful UI and settings page

  • Very bad user experience and ugly user interface.

    Beside that it violates GDPR and their GDPR compatibility page is factually wrong on many levels.

    Like this is not enough, it looks like it’s a copy of this plugin. Maybe the same team is behind both of the plugin since both have a very similar user interface.

  • We’re sorry to hear that your user experience is bad. Maybe can you specify in which way exactly? As you can see from the other reviews, the overwhelming majority of users appreciate how easy it is to use.

    Regarding GDPR, see https://ultimatelysocial.com/gdpr. A general point: we can assist and provide transparency on how to be GDPR compliant (as we do it with the aforementioned page; note though: that is not legal advice). How to make your site GDPR compliant is your responsibility at the end of the day. You wouldn’t criticize Google for offering Google fonts (as that reveals your visitors IP to Google servers), or Youtube providing video embedding (also reveals your visitors IP) and so on.
