Awesome! Allows you to specify user levels

This was the only user editor plugin out of several I’ve tried that enables you to specify the user level. For example, you create a custom role that allows the person only to read and create/remove/edit/promote users. Using other plugins, this custom role will also be able to change the admin user, or create an admin user (a no-no)! Using this plugin, you can simply specify the user level of the custom role, and the role will only be able to affect users up to his particular level.
