  • I love the functionality and ease of usage. Serves the purpose that I need it for. Cheers!

    However, I cannot remove the reminder at the top from MetForm on my website asking me to leave a review and that’s frustrating. Clicked on “I already did” multiple times, including refresh the page multiple times but the results are still the same.
