Awesome customer service

I have been a customer for 2 years now, and I have to say that I am impressed how fast you get answer from customer support, and that wishes and bugs you discover gets handled in the next update. Cozmoslabs considers your wishes and updates and communicates very well with the customers. They even help to check your system and settings if there is no solution to the problem to see if a setting is wrong.

Actually I feel the customer service works for me, the costumer, and that I have never experienced anywhere else before.
