Originally an Autoship for WooCommerce customer (The predecessor to Autoship Cloud), and have never looked back.

The support of the qpilot team is the best when I have any issues, where if it’s tiny or quite large, they are there to help. They are very clear when they send emails, allowing anyone, regardless of technical knowledge, to understand what’s going to, and what they need to do. As a system administrator, I have never had to deal with a company that is this good before.

Not just that, they always personally email you back, to see how you went doing any change or modification, cause they do actually care.
