I use plugin qTranslate for some time and it is fantastic.
Easy to use, fast loading data, and allows you to create themes multilingual easily!
Thanks to compatibility with plugin ACF (Advanced Custom Field) and the plugin Loco (plugin for translation of static text via .po/.mo files) I made various sites.

The best combination is: qTranslate X – ACF – Loco
