Awesome Plugin

I have tried many WordPress plugins for creating forms, and in my opinion, this is the best one. It has all features I need and more. I especially like:
– the neat layout
– the possibility to add a HTML-field
– the integration of PayPal
– conditional logic
Also the support team is great, they implemented my wish for a modification of the PayPal checkout process within a week.
