Not Awesome anymore

  • Initially, the team was proactive, listening and it was easy to work with.
    So here is my updated review:
    1. Plugin works somewhat, but in case if you are looking for enhancement or bug fixes – don’t waste your time. There are other plugins, they are willing to work with you to support your need in a timely manner.
    2. Customer support – You will waste your time explaining the problem/issues you are experiencing – awful experience. You will be chasing your shadow. Just top it off, you will see so much reluctancy to address your need, and most often you will see a straight answer “No we will not do it”.
    3. I don’t recommend this plugin if you are looking for better flexibility and usability
