awesome plugin : month text & date range

    Hi Guido! First off, awesome plugin. Thank you for creating something clean and simple!! I am trying to adapt it for use on my site. I hope I can make it work for my needs as I cannot seem to find something simple.

    Two things I’d love to suggest for future versions:

    1. some kind of “header text” that shows the month (and year?) in between event dates
    2. the possibility to have a date range for multi day events (ie 22-24 Nov)
    I have a list of probably 100 events at all times and I can’t change them by hand each day ??

    I hope you plan to keep updating this plugin. I’d also be interested in paid customization if that is something you are doing. Have a great day!

    1) I don’t fully understand this.
    2) I have to think about this, to make this work I have to make some major changes.

    Hi Guido, what I meant by showing the month.. for example:

    AUGUST

    EVENT NAME
    Date: 12 August
    more info: click here

    EVENT NAME2
    Date: 18 August
    more info: click here

    EVENT NAME
    Date: 20 August
    more info: click here

    SEPTEMBER

    EVENT NAME
    Date: 3 September
    more info: click here

    That way it might make it easier for a reader to scan the list of events and look for the month they are interested in.

    I guess a workaround for a multiday event is to list it repeating each day. I’ll try that for now since I can’t find another calendar that is simple.

    Aha, I now understand what you mean.

    This will be a major change as well.. because I still don’t know everything about PHP. Btw, that’s also the reason why all my plugins are ‘very simple’ ;-).

    I will try to make it work for me somehow, I honestly think I have tried almost every calendar and event plugin I can find and yours is the closest to what I am looking for! So thanks for making it and keeping it simple.
