Awesome Product and GREAT Customer Service

We looked for a live chat plugin and found five that looked like it would cover our needs. We tried each chat plugin and gave each equal times on use. We found that Formilla chat out did the competition. The other companies plugins were difficult to setup, customer service was slow to respond to questions, etc. Formilla chat customer service is great. They always respond within a few hours if you have questions. The chat plugin itself works great. You have the ability to customize the chat widget which is a plus. We have had no problems and our clients enjoy communicating with us via Formilla chat.
