Awesome Service

I asked two pre-sale questions on a Sunday and both were answered within about an hour or two.
I then decided to buy the premium version of this plugin and was having some issues (user error). Their support team (Karina) went the extra mile and walked me through everything and even went to the site to help me set things up properly.
