I contacted their sales online support and reached Jason Caldwell. The guy is just hard-core awesome. Software organizations as well as others should consider themselves blessed if they have guys like Jason working with them. In this day and age of mediocre to stinky customer service, it was a breath of fresh air. Even if a company has a mediocre product, a great customer service arm of the organization can take the whole company over the top. The cost of maintaining that customer service at that level pays for itself many times over but companies don’t seem to understand this fact. Fortunately, the winners do!
