Awesome Support

  • I have interacted 2x with Optin Monster support and they were phenomenal. The support team is quick in responding and they were patient in helping me resolve my issues.

    I honestly find optin forms and email automations confusing so having a support team who I can rely to every step of the way is important. It’s not enough to have KB docs all around – they are helpful – but sometimes there are issues that you can’t find in the KB docs.

    This is when stellar support comes in.

    And for that, I will remain a loyal Optin Monster user.

    Ps – I can’t provide a review on the functionalities since I’ve just really launched a very basic pop-up optin form. Will update my review when I’ve explored the full functionality of the plugin. But from the get go, since the support is awesome, I’m feeling positive about this.
